1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if: 

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The item does not match the description

  • There is a size issue (eligible for exchange only)

Conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items without tags or original packaging

  • Customized or altered products

  • Products marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order details

  2. Share the reason for return (with images if required)

  3. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping

  4. Hand over the product in proper packaging

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are initiated within 7-14 business days after approval

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • In some cases, store credit or exchange may be offered

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping cost

  • For other reasons (size preference, change of mind), return shipping charges may apply

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product (subject to availability)

  • Requests must be made within the return period

  • Only unused items with original packaging are eligible

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
